Join Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi and truffle expert Bruno Giorgi for an evening dedicated to learning about and tasting this season’s truffles. Bruno is the owner of ‘The Truffle Man’, and supplies truffles to some of London’s best restaurants including Gordon Ramsay, Sketch, and Nobu. During this course pupils will be lead through a truffle tasting where they will be able to touch and smell the truffle aromas from the various varieties. They will also be given tips on how to choose and where to buy the best truffles.
Following the tasting, Giancarlo and Katie will give a cooking demonstration of dishes that have been carefully created to show off this delicacy. The group will then sit down and enjoy a three-course dinner that includes fresh tagliolini with white truffle; and chicken with black truffle, all of which will be complemented by Northern Italian wines.
