Award-winning cookery writer and celebrity chef, Mridula Baljekar, is launching a series of exclusive gourmet cooking classes, to be held in the kitchen where she develops all her recipes.
Mridula’s course of cookery classes will offer a rare insight into the stylings of one of the most influential, innovative and unique chefs on the Indian cookery scene today. Classes will be running on Wednesdays (11am-2pm) and Thursday (7pm-10pm). The first two classes are on 24 and 25 January 2007, continuing on the same days every week.
